047-KNH-1000

This bolt-on rear delivery knife is designed to work with the 047-ASY-1000 on a Bourgault machine with MRB's. The 047-KNH-1000 should be used on the shanks immediately behind the MRB's. It gives additional distance between the knife and the MRB (when compared with the 047-ASY-1000). This increased distance allows for:

• better soil flow around the knife
• better trash clearance (assuming this is a concern)

Tip width can affect the above 3 issues. The possibility, of the appearance of one of the above concerns, increases with tip width.

This knife also provides maximum flexibility as it can be used with any of the Category 1 replaceable tips. That means you can go from a narrow 3/4 inch tip right up to a 4 inch spread tip
