610-ASY-4026 Advantage Series - C-Shank
The paired row design allows for double-shoot capability while maintaining low draft forces. The fertilizer is placed at the same depth and in the middle of 2 seed rows. For those that prefer to have separation between seed and fertilizer, refer to the 620-ASY-5010 or 620-ASY-5020.
This bolt-on granular double shoot knife is designed to fit conventional 47 and 50 degree C-shanks (use a 400-WDG-0300 for 50 degree). The tubes on this holder accept 1 1/4 inch (31mm) O.D. and 1 1/8 inch (28mm) O.D. airhose. An insert, 960-BSH-1130, is included for use with the 1 1/8 inch hose.
Advantage openers come with a 4 inch spreader tip. The carbide, which is placed on the nose and the underside of the wings, greatly increases wear life.
