This double shoot liquid knife has a 3/4 inch (19 mm) welded carbide tip with a solid carbide wing. The liquid fertilizer is delivered through a 1/4 inch (6 mm) O.D. stainless steel tube. The fertilizer is placed to the side and above the seed row (see chart below). This knife is designed to be used with pressurized liquid systems.

A hose clamp 960-HCL-2563 must be used to secure the liquid line to the stainless steel tubes. The clamp also prevents liquid fertilizer from running down the tube which can cause mud to build up resulting in funnel plugging.

Driver 100-DRV-1010 should be used to prevent damage to the tip when installing this knife on the Speed-Loc™ or quick change adapters.

Replacement weld-on tip 200-TIP-0817 is available.
