This quick change knife holder is designed to be used with the 1/2 inch (12 mm) NH3 tip200-TIP-0523, pictured at left. or 200-TIP-0531. These tips are sold separately. The tip is secured to the holder with a bolt and nut 200-BNC-3100.These narrow tips provide better soil flow and better soil sealing behind the knife which helps prevent gassing off, especially in dry conditions. The improved soil closure may also allow for a shallower working depth which would mean reduced draft.
Driver 200-DRV-1030 should be used to prevent damage to the tips when installing this knife on the adapters.
A stainless steel shank mounted hose holder 600-HHA-0750 is available to keep your anhydrous hoses tucked in behind the shank.
