US Territory Manager
Description:
This is a full time position requiring travel throughout your assigned territory. You will work with a well established dealer network to promote and sell our line of tillage and seeding products. You will also work with a driven team of Marketing, Sales and Research and Development professionals to grow market share and develop the Bourgault Tillage Tools line of products. As a successful applicant you will be located within 100 miles of Minot, and will work from a home office, travelling to the main office in St. Brieux and throughout your territory when required.
Qualifications:
- Background in Farming Operations and Agronomy
- Three + Years Sales Experience
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to travel throughout North and South Dakota, Montana and Minesota. With the potential to add more states.
- Be able to establish a home office with high-speed internet

Quality Assurance
Description:
The Forge Quality Assurance person is responsible for all aspects of quality control during the shift. They are required to conduct all technical documentation, conformance checks during production and packaging of finished product in accordance with the standard practice procedures.
Qualifications:
- Good communication skills
- Ability to handle high volume of products for the duration of the shift
- Neat and accurate technical documentation
- Ability to correctly use the Quality Assurance Instruments
- Ability to work in a high temperature environment

Forge Operator
Description
Conduct Forge operations within a Heat Treating Process. Assist Die setters, maintenance department, conduct minor tooling settings and adjustments and minor maintenance operations. All operations must meet Safety, Quality and Performance Standards.
Qualifications:
- Good communication skills
- Ability to handle high volume of products and walking for the duration of the shift
- Be able to lift 15lbs+ with tongs
- Ability to work as a team
- Ability to work in a high temperature environment
